Via Brasil BR-163, winner of the auction to operate the BR-163 highway in the stretch between Sinop (MT) and Miritituba (PA), comes to the public to clarify that the Senator of the State of Mato Grosso, Carlos Favaro, mistakenly, has been making statements that are not consistent with the reality of the facts. 

Via Brasil BR-163 consortium complied with all the conditions and requirements of the bid notice regarding economic-financial qualification to participate in the bid. It proved to have technical capacity, proved net worth higher than required to face the necessary investments, proved all the financial indexes required to participate in the bid and provided the necessary guarantees to comply with the proposal presented and to sign the concession contract.  

The winner of the bidding, Via Brasil BR-163, complied with all the conditions precedent required for signing the contract, among them the payment of 407 million reais. Our commitment to transparency and truth is a non-negotiable principle and, for such, we are making available on the CONASA website, on the link (https://ri.conasa.com/divulgacao-ao-mercado/documentos/) the documents required for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent to the signing of the contract, among them the deposit receipts made for the payment of the required capital.
