App ConJunto will be the main internal channel for information sharing, team engagement, and access to useful documents

Conasa Infraestrutura has just launched its internal communication app, integrating more than 2 thousand employees from 14 operations, located in the five Brazilian regions, in the sanitation, lighting, and toll roads sectors. The ConJunto app will favor information sharing and team engagement.

The app works as a corporate social network and brings together everything from news about the company's operations, useful information, and access to documents, to research, gamification, recommendations from colleagues, viewing of birthdays, thematic groups, among others.

The timeline will have daily posts made by the persona Cora, created to interact virtually with employees. The areas of human resources, information, safety at work, and corporate communication gained avatars for related posts.

“The number of Conasa employees has been growing, distributed in operations in different segments and with specific characteristics. We chose the app as an internal communication platform because it is a channel that is easy for everyone to access, it is lightweight and can be downloaded from any smartphone, providing good connection and relationship experiences”, emphasizes Mario Marcondes Neto, president of Conasa.
